A Karen Nash Photography Gift Voucher is a lovely way to treat someone to a professional photography experience and beautiful memories they can treasure for years to come.

Gift vouchers are available for Newborn, Maternity, Sitter, Cake Smash & Splash and Family Photography, or you can choose a monetary value for the recipient to put towards their photography experience.

How Do I Purchase a Gift Voucher?

Gift vouchers are available to purchase directly from the studio.

Simply get in touch to let me know the type or value of voucher you'd like and I'll arrange everything for you.

Your voucher will be beautifully presented and ready for you to give as a gift.

Using Your Gift Voucher

If you've been lucky enough to receive one of my gift vouchers, please get in touch well in advance of when you'd like your photoshoot to take place.

All sessions are subject to availability and a gift voucher does not guarantee availability on a particular date. Advance booking is essential, particularly for sessions that need to take place within a specific timeframe, such as Newborn, Maternity, Sitter or First Birthday sessions.

Please do not wait until your voucher is close to its expiry date to book, as I cannot guarantee that a suitable appointment will be available, therefore meaning you may not be able to book in within your Gift Voucher expiry date.

Once you've contacted me, we'll arrange a suitable date and I'll guide you through everything you need to know before your session.

All sessions take place at my photography studio in Oswaldtwistle, Lancashire, unless otherwise agreed.

Gift Voucher Terms & Conditions

Gift vouchers are valid for 12 months from the date of purchase, unless otherwise specified, and the photography session must take place before the voucher expiry date.

Sessions must be booked in advance and are subject to availability. Clients are responsible for contacting Karen Nash Photography with sufficient notice to arrange their session. Availability cannot be guaranteed if booking is left until close to the voucher expiry date.

Gift vouchers are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash, subject to your statutory rights.

Where a voucher has been purchased for a monetary value, it can be used towards the photography session, image package or products specified at the time of purchase.

If the cost of the chosen session, package or products is greater than the value of the voucher, the remaining balance will be payable by the recipient.

Gift vouchers cannot be used in conjunction with any other offer or promotion unless agreed otherwise.

The recipient will be required to complete the relevant photography session agreement when making their booking.
